- A session is approx 3.5 hours.
- Residents who book the hall for a non-village group or private business use will be charged non resident rates.
- Bookings for parties and dances are at the discretion of the management committe.
- Charges include electricity, hearing and use of the kichen for light refreshments.
- Full use of the kitchen is included for parties and conferences.
Please note that a security deposit of £100 will be required with bookings for parties, dances, concerts which is repayable after the event, less the cost of any damage incurred to the premises or contents during the period of hire.
Use of the kitchen will be on the basis that it is left in a clean and hygienic condition or a charge will be made at the discretion of the Committee.
All lettings are subject to the conditions of hire and rules of Normanton on Soar Jubilee Field Committee who reserve the right to refuse any letting without giving reasons for the refusal.
