Priority Assistance during Power Cuts
Western Power are currently operating a scheme call ‘Priority Services Register‘.
This enables vulnerable residents (the elderly, sick or residents relying on medical equipment) to:
1) be kept informed on any planned power cuts
2) be informed as soon as possible in the event of an unplanned power cut
3) be provided with special help, if needed, through the British Red Cross
4) be given a direct number to call in the event of a power cut so that they can get straight through to Weston Power.
